164. The Minister reimburses the cost of a having a hearing device or a CROS or BiCROS system repaired by the manufacturer, up to a maximum amount of $125, when the warranty has expired or when the breakage concerned is not covered by the warranty and provided that the repair, once completed, is warranted for a minimum period of 1 year.
